    Kate is a Certified Personal Trainer through CanFitPro and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Nirmana School of Yoga. She is passionate about supporting mental health through movement, offering a fun and encouraging approach to fitness that empowers individuals to feel their best.

    Kate’s yoga practice blends mindful movement with thoughtful themes for contemplation, helping to open the heart and quiet the mind. She believes that both yoga and fitness are for everyone and encourages people to move in ways that feel right for their bodies.

    NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR, HBSc, MSc

    Dr. Meagan McLaren is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor specializing in fertility and hormonal health. With over a decade of experience, she helps individuals balance hormones naturally, regulate menstrual cycles, and optimize fertility using evidence-based, holistic care.

    Dr. McLaren is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their reproductive health. She addresses concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, and preconception planning through personalized, compassionate care.

    Rebecca Kerrivan is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She is passionate about helping individuals create sustainable lifestyle changes through a back-to-basics approach to nutrition, focusing on whole foods, cooking, and baking to nourish the body naturally.

    Currently working at Jo Anne’s Place Health Foods, Rebecca provides guidance on simple, wholesome nutrition to support overall well-being. She is also completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Nirmana School of Yoga, further deepening her holistic approach to health and wellness.

    Heather Litster is an Award Winning Holistic Health Practitioner & Menstrual Educator based out of Peterborough, Ontario who supports busy folks to take control of their health from the ground up.

    Heather helps bridge gaps in current health care systems by empowering individuals & community leaders with knowledge & tools for body literacy. She is the Founder of both Heather's Holistics & the Cycles of Change Project - a photo project that aims to reduce stigmas around menstruality through photographs of normal period situations.
