What’s the Red Tent?
It’s a FREE community pop-up space hosted by Menstrual Educator & Holistic Health Practitioner Heather Litster designed to foster conversations around menstruation, cyclical living, and wellness. Whether you’re curious about your body, seeking resources, or simply want to connect with others, the Red Tent is the perfect spot to learn, share, and grow.

What to Expect:
🌿 Empowering discussions about your body and cycle
📚 Access to a lending library of books, tools, and resources on menstrual health
🛋 Cozy, supportive space to chat, share stories, and ask questions
💌 A community vibe where all are welcome to learn & grow
🩸 Demo menstrual products to learn how to use different products

From pre-teens exploring period care to adults discussing menopause and everything in between, this space is about creating connections, breaking taboos, and celebrating cyclical living.

About Heather
Heather volunteers her time at the Red Tent once per month.

She holds a BSc in Anthropology and Biology and is a Holistic Health Practitioner with a specialization in menstrual health, reflexology, and Reiki. She is a passionate advocate for body literacy and cyclical living, working to empower everyone to better understand menstrual cycles and embrace holistic health.

Heather believes in meeting folks where they are and supporting their unique wellness journeys.
