Why should I work with you?

With all the info available on TikTok and the internet, it can be easy to think “People can find this information anywhere”. The truth is, they can. BUT it won’t necessarily be relevant, timely, or accurate.

Thats where I come in.

  • I’ve been practicing mindful menstruation and cycle syncing since 2020.

  • Tracking my cycle has become a major self-care practice, knowing where I am in my cycle has changed the way that I view myself and move around in this world.

  • It’s helped me diagnose my PMDD, ditch expensive medication that was only half-helping, and rediscover my love for my body.

I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good fit to inspire change together.

Committed to making an Impact

As an educator, I realized that there weren’t many helpful period photos to help with explaining period stigma and discussing normal situations people face during their menstruating and menopause years.

The Cycles of Change Project was created as a way to bring more publicly accessible imagery of menstruation & situations surrounding periods to the world.

The artist behind these images, Heather Doughty, has given her permission for you to use them as you work in your community to support our mission to end period stigma.
