With a mission to inspire holistic health and balanced living, Nicole combines her expertise in osteopathy, massage therapy, acupuncture and mindfulness to help individuals achieve their personal wellness goals. Her innovative and well-rounded approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, offering personalized solutions that empower lasting transformation. Nicole's dedication to helping others stems from her own journey toward self-discovery and optimal health. Heather Litster, BSc, HHP
Heather Litster is an Award Winning Holistic Health Practitioner & Menstrual Educator based out of Ontario who supports busy folks to take control of their health from the ground up.
Heather helps bridge gaps in current health care systems by empowering individuals & community leaders with knowledge & tools for body literacy. She is the Founder of both Heather's Holistics & the Cycles of Change Project - a photo project that aims to reduce stigmas around menstruality through photographs of normal period situations.

Kate Ward
Kate is a certified Personal Trainer through CanFitPro and 200hr Yoga Teacher through Nirmana School of Yoga. Her fitness coaching style is all about supporting your mental health with movement and making it fun with high energy encouragement. Her yoga practice is a unique style of mindful movements along with a theme for contemplation to open the heart and quiet the mind. She truly believes yoga and fitness is for everyone and encourages you to move in a way that feels best for you and your body. She is all about strong bodies and strong minds to enjoy life and make it through the hard times!
