My health journey began as a child going through big life event after big life event with no healthy outlets or ways of understanding what was happening to my body.

 

Growing up, all of that felt manageable and truly, I didn’t take it seriously until 2020, after a combination of stress and hormonal birth control sent my body, mind, & spirit into a downward spiral.

 

I had depression, anxiety, addiction issues, inflammation, persistent kidney infections, chronic fatigue and to top it all off--- a new break up.

 

I knew I had to totally revamp my life, my nutrition, and ditch my chronically busy lifestyle, and allow myself time to heal. 

 

And that was just the beginning of my healing journey.

 

Over the next 3 years, I learned how to manage my stress and figure out how to structure my lifestyle to support my body and health.

 

All of this led me to my passion for hormonal & cyclical education. Because it feels really important to empowered with the knowledge to heal your own damn body.

 

Taking care of your body isn’t just about food and exercise, it’s also about how you live your life.

 

It’s about experiencing joy. It’s about your confidence, your connection to your energy flows and knowing that you deserve to feel good in your body ALL MONTH LONG.

  • While I can't guarantee results, I can say that every menstruator who pays attention to their body, has a desire to learn, and shows up consistently can meet their goals.

    The information I share is designed to create small sustainable changes that help change the trajectory of your life & menstrual cycle.

  • A lot of my folks see small wins within the first few weeks, but I am unapologetically honest when I tell you that true, long-term results take time.

    Healing is a marathon, not a sprint and what we do now impacts our cycle health in 100 days - so you need to be willing to show up consistently for 3-6 months +.

    The “quick period health fix” really doesn’t work. Sustainable changes take time to integrate into your life. while working together, we will celebrate the small wins & keep track of the big goals.

  • This is absolutely one of the coolest things that I do for my body (and I do some cool stuff not gonna lie).

    ⭐️ FAM stands for Fertility Awareness Method and it is essentially a method of contraception OR conception where a you monitor various fertility signs during your cycle to determine your fertile window (aka the 5-7 day period you are likely to get pregnant)

    I teach the symptothermal method - meaning that folks learn to track things like BBT (basal body temperature), CM (cervical mucus), and cervical position.

    Aside from FAM being a great tool whether you’re TTC or TTA, it can also tell us a lot about our hormone health such as if we’re making enough progesterone or give us clues into your PMS symptoms.

  • Anyone can work with me in any capacity. Depending on your goals, you may be better suited for one type of support over another. Feel free to reach out if you are unsure.
